Trophy Engraving

Free Engraving:

Engraving really does enhance any award. The vast majority of our trophies are engraved FREE OF CHARGE (if purchased on this website). These trophies are those that have a metal base plate which can be engraved with up to a maximum 3 lines of 20 characters (including spaces) per line, giving a possible 60 characters engraved free.

Logos:

Logos and Club Badges are no problem. They will incur a set up fee of approximately £30- £40 plus a charge per item engraved. It all depends on the complexity of the design and time for engraving. Please email your design for a quotation. With other types of trophies the engraving is more difficult and time consuming so we have to apply an extra charge for these to be personalised.

Engraving Medals, Glass and Crystal, Cups and Salvers

Medal Engraving

Medals can be engraved either on the back of the medal or on a plate on the medal case (if also purchased).

Engraving on the back of the medal £1.98 up to a maximum of 30 characters (incl. Spaces).
Extra engraving is an additional £1.02 up to an extra 30 characters (incl. spaces).

Engraving on a metal plate on the medal case (if purchased on this website) is free of charge (up to a maximum 3 lines of 20 characters (including spaces) per line, giving a possible 60 characters engraved free).

Crystal and Glass Engraving

For glass engraving directly on to the surface we use a sand-carving method, this gives a high quality crisp finish to the engraving, glass engraving charges are as follows;

Text only – up to 9 words : £15.00
Logo + up to 9 words : £19.50 (choose a standard logo from the image group, or upload your company logo)

Extra Wording – up to 6 extra words : £4.50 (additional to either of the options above)

Set up charge for company or club logos (from suitable artwork) : £30.00

Cup Engraving

To engrave on the bowl of an annual cup incurs extra charges, but if the engraving is on a square base the Free Engraving applies.

Engraving on the bowl of a cup £17.50 for up to a maximum of 30 characters (incl. spaces).
Extra engraving is an additional £12.50 for up to an extra 30 characters (incl. spaces).

Salver Engraving

To engrave on a salver incurs extra charges.

£6.00 for up to a maximum of 30 characters (incl. spaces).
Extra engraving is an additional £3.50 for up to an extra 30 characters (incl. spaces).

Tankards and Hipflask Engraving

To engrave on a tankard or hipflask incurs extra charges.

£12.00 for up to a maximum of 30 characters (incl. spaces).
Extra engraving is an additional £9.00 for up to an extra 30 characters (incl. spaces).

Pocket Watch Engraving

To engrave on a pocket watch incurs extra charges.

£18.00 for up to a maximum of 30 characters (incl. spaces).
Extra engraving is an additional £9.00 for up to an extra 30 characters (incl. spaces).
