Information About TrophiesPlus
The Trophies Plus website is the online shopping service for customers of both The Trophy and Print Shop of Norton, Malton and Cameo Engraving of York.
Cameo Engraving was purchased by the Trophy and Print Shop early in 2012 and now both shops work inline to provide a high quality service to all of their customers both in North Yorkshire and throughout the UK.
Trophies Plus supply trophies, medals and awards throughout the UK, and as The Trophy and Print Shop we have been trading online since 2002. We have built a reputation for our quality products, service and exceptional prices.
New Shopping Cart
We have now introduced this shopping cart system for your trophy orders, this will make it easier to choose your trophies and add them to the cart. (items can also be deleted from the cart if you wish to make changes as you go.
You will see that as you build your order the discounts and delivery costs will automatically be calculated. Once your order is ready you can choose whether to make an instant payment by PayPal, or submit your order without payment. We will then contact you to arrange payment by credit or debit card over the phone or BACS or you are welcome to send us a cheque if you prefer.
You can choose to collect your trophies from either the Trophy and Print Shop or Cameo Engraving, or choose to have them delivered to any address in the UK.
Free Trophy Engraving
To simplify the ordering process further we have now included the trophy engraving in the price of the trophy so we will no longer charge you for extra letters.
Trophies that have a metal base plate will now be engraved Free of Charge up to a maximum 3 lines of 20 characters (including spaces) per line, giving a possible 60 characters in total.
Trophy Delivery
Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery (from receipt of payment). It is usually much quicker but it’s always advisable to allow a bit longer in case of any delays. During busier times, ie. March-June this may be longer so please advise us of any specific date trophies are required at time of ordering.
We can also still accept orders by email and then on receipt of an order we will confirm your order and then issue a proforma invoice.
In a hurry?
Rush orders are possible. If required in a week or less they will require a 10% surcharge (please contact by telephone initially for this service).
Out of Stocks
Occasionally stocks of a specific item may not be available, this is very rare but can happen, we endeavour to let you know as soon as possible for an alternative to be chosen, but it may be necessary to make last minute substitutions, you would of course have the option of declining a substitution.
